WNY Admin

Since October, Morgan has faithfully served as the Admin for Buffalo FCA leagues, and we’re excited to announce that she is stepping into a new role as the WNY Administrative Assistant, supporting both Buffalo and Rochester. While administrative work often happens behind the scenes, it is absolutely vital to the success of our ministry—coordinating communication, managing schedules, organizing records, assisting with events, and supporting our staff—so that coaches and athletes can be reached and transformed by Christ.

A Buffalo native, Morgan grew up playing basketball and soccer. She earned her associate’s degree in Business Administration from NCCC and is eager to use her skills and education to further FCA’s mission. Morgan has also served faithfully for years alongside Tom Ryan as a student leader for BASIC Ministries at the University at Buffalo. Recognizing her gifts in administration, leadership, and faith, Tom invited her to join FCA as his administrative assistant. From there, Morgan was given the opportunity to expand her role and serve WNY under Jesse Tanner, WNY Multi-Area Director, additionally.



Morgan loves the Lord, her family and friends, and being outdoors in nature. She was recently married in September 2025 and is excited to see how the Lord continues to lead her in marriage, ministry, and life!
