Training Camp is a discipleship program for High School and Middle School athletes in WNY comprised of digital and in person gatherings with a daily Bible reading component in between meetings.
Welcome to 2024 FCA E3 Leadership Training, your opportunity to read the Bible with FCA, win prizes (yes, 64 free Bills tickets are up for grabs!!!), and hang with other athletes from across WNY! This year’s theme "E3" Leadership, designed to give you simple and repeatable strategies to reach your teammates, teams, and schools with the gospel! As part of E3 Leadership Training, you will be introduced to our E3 Ministry Strategy. E3 stands for "Engage, Equip, and Empower". Everyone who attends the events and completes their reading will be eligible to not only graduate FCA E3 Leadership Training, but they will also be eligible to become a Certified FCA E3 Leader that can start FCA huddles (Bible Studies) with their team, at their home, or at their school!
We will not be using a Youversion Bible Plan this year. Instead, our team will send a fresh Daily Inspiration Email each day of the program which will include Scripture on biblical leadership, prayer patters, and a 2-minute leadership video from a special guest (professional athletes, business owners, FCA staff, chaplains, volunteers, pastors) to help activate your leadership giftings. Throughout the program, we will be hearing from a few notable athletes from the pros (Bills, Sabres, other teams) and we will also get to be challenged by athletes and former athletes from our program who are leading for Jesus on their teams and in their schools!

Registration Info
$65 Registration includes FCA T-Shirt, E3 Playbook, Sport Jelly Band, and food at events.
**This year we do not plan to have a graduation on the turf at Bills Stadium due to the size of our program outgrowing capacity limits for the turf at Highmark Stadium. Instead, we will be hosting a fun experience in the Buffalo Bills Practice Facility (on site at Highmark Stadium) for athletes only.
**Note: field house date below is subject to change based on Bills activities.
**There is no attendance or reading requirement this year - once you sign up you are welcome to attend each event of the whole program! Daily Bible readings will only include (1-2) Scriptures and our goal is to have the athletes dive deeper into prayer, study, and journaling of the Word and how it pertains to their leadership.
**When registering, please be sure to use an active email address for the athlete and parent. Our primary method of communication before and during the program is via email and we don't want you to miss anything.
